By using We'll Assist (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Who we are
We coordinate care between patients, providers, clinics, and employer programs. We are not a hospital or emergency service. For urgent symptoms, contact local emergency services.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account was accessed without permission.
Care coordination — not medical advice
Information in the Service—including AI summaries and explanations—is for education and coordination only. It is not a diagnosis, prescription, or substitute for professional medical judgment. Always follow your licensed clinician’s advice.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or interfere with other users. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or put others at risk.
Payments and memberships
Quotes, deposits, and memberships may be processed through secure payment providers. Fees, refunds, and billing terms are shown at checkout or in your agreement with your care team or employer program.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of We'll Assist after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be noted by updating the date above.
